Hug Me Jesus is from an inspiration from God, to give Jesus to everyone on the earth!

Of course Jesus is free, we can have Him anytime for the asking and loving Him.  It helps to have His image or our idea of an image in sight to remind us in our humaness to be reassured of Jesus in our lives, in our hearts and souls and there for us always.

Hug Me Jesus pillows are a huggable Jesus!  I wished I could physically hug Jesus when I needed a hug, reassurance and comfort and one evening when I was wishing for that physical hug, God said to me that I can give Jesus to everyone! 

I agreed and said, “Yes I Can” and Hug Me Jesus was created for the world to hug. 

Hug Me Jesus is for everyone and anyone.  It is especially comforting to hurting people, people who may have a serious illness, are alone or lonely, need their spirits uplifted, and a great way to teach children to rely on Jesus and Hug Him in their hearts.  Our world is very visual and unfortunately, there is too much un-ethical and immoral information and visuals in our world these days.  I pray that the physical image of what we have come to know and love as Jesus Christ, will help the world have a beautiful and inspiring “visual” and reminder of God’s love and help combat all the not so good influences that are rampant in our society today, all over the world.

I also dream of fundraising for every church and organization to offer Hug Me Jesus to as many people as they can, and to receive proceeds from the sales to help fund their missions of reaching out to the world in the name of Jesus Christ.  To share the love of God and Jesus is my passion and to be able to help others in need with the funds that can be generated is a perfect plan to help make the world a better place!

Here is my original story of inspiration:

  I have been on a mission inspired by the Holy Spirit, inspired out of my own pain and suffering (through hard times, sad times, discouraging times, helpless times of grief for others, etc,) to help give the power of Jesus to everyone on earth.  In my midst of crying to God to help me, I was reaching out for a garment to pretend I was hugging Jesus so I could feel his Hug and hold Him close to my heart for comfort and peace.  God said to me “You can give Jesus to everyone!”

     And so I said, “YES I CAN” and having had a beautiful picture of Jesus in a lighted cabinet I turn on each day, have my bible and Godly items along with family and friend photos to be blessed and prayed upon, this very photograph is what God inspired me to give to others via a “Hug Me Jesus” pillow.  Now everyone can “Hug Jesus” physically, while of course having Him spiritually within one’s soul….It has been very amazing.  The testimonies are touching.

      I have put a prayer on the back — words of positive affirmation and a pocket for keepsakes, prayers, photos, CD’s, inspirations…  It is such a winner!  I then started a company and named it “SoulBeGood” as after searching my heart for just the right name, knowing my wish is for every soul it to be good and have the love of Jesus…SoulBeGood was born.  We manufacture the pillows by hand locally right here in the USA.

      My dream is for everyone to know and have Jesus in their hearts, their souls, minds and in their arms to help when even the most faithful of us have hard times.  Even children light up with joy at the chance to Hug Jesus.  It will be a healing icon, a remembrance of the sacrifice, the encouragement of love and hope, the reminder to be nice and love one another at all times.  God is watching and with us always and we need to be reminded to stay on the path of righteousness.  Hug Me Jesus pillows are perfect for every household, every person, a comfort and a reminder of love and the sacrifice of our Savior Jesus Christ.  If we could only be more like Him….(we can keep praying and trying!)  Jesus will always help us and we need never feel hopeless or alone when you call on Jesus!

      My goal is to sell these pillows on websites, in stores, through churches, youth groups, for fundraisers, for mission trips, at festivals, on radio and spiritual web sites, hospital gift shops, Christian concerts, everywhere!  I want to make it feasible for groups to fundraise so they may take profits to serve in the world and to help the needy.  To offer this item in the spirit of Love and healing, faith and hope is amazing and to be able to take proceeds to go help the needy while spreading the love of Jesus is absolutely even more amazing!  Sewing seeds into people for God’s sake and to be able to help more people for God’s sake!!!  Just what God wants us to do I believe with all my heart!

      I also believe everyone in the world needs Jesus deep down in their souls.  And just picture this… what a conversation starter to have Jesus on the couch for visitors!  Perhaps they have never really known what Jesus is truly about?  Perhaps they have never known the truth of a perfect love for them and sacrifice for just them so that they may have peace and eternal life and feel loved for perhaps the very first time in their lives.  Can you imagine reaching out to help saving someone’s soul by introducing them to the truth of Jesus Christ?   Jesus is a comfort in times of troubled hearts.  What a treasure of eternal life Jesus brings that we can share.  If we help just one soul know Jesus…wow.  Then they might help another….

     I have had opposition of course, and I just laugh.  From “He would not have looked like that,” (though the WORLD recognizes this photo as Jesus!) to, “It is not right to sell Jesus, he is free”.  I say to that, “Yes indeed, He is, and this is a reminder to go get Him for free in your heart, soul, and for eternity!!”  Then I have been told, “Jesus is omnipresent, you personally must need to have a visual but not everyone does..”, well I say, “God did send Jesus to earth as a “visual” person to walk the earth so us humans could “see” Him, worship, believe in Him, see His miracles……and if you believe in Him, He will be back”.  I say, “The more Jesus is here, the better the world is, don’t you???”  Then I have gotten, “You must have grown up Catholic, this is a Catholic picture”.  Wow….My intensions are not about any specific Religion, it’s just Jesus, a portrait the world has come to know and recognize….. ( I don’t even care if He was green!  If people recognize a face as being that of Jesus, then God must have set that up for this very purpose and had someone at some time draw a face for us to recognize because we need Him!)  Whoa people, just keep this simple and pure as it is intended!   It’s all about Love, nothing more.  Love is kind, patient, not proud, not self-serving, not rude, rejoices when truth prevails!!

     And last but not least on the photo issue of “Is this really Him?”…. I say to them, “Were you there?”  Ha!  How does anyone really know what He did or didn’t look like?  (He was made in God’s image….what does God look like?)  Does the appearance matter or the intent to worship the one and only Jesus Christ matter?   Oh well, nay sayers…I think people just have their minds made up on certain things and need to be more open to the intent of Love and the Love of God wishing everyone to be good, safe, prosperous, happy, healthy and wise.  The ones that opposed everything that had to do with Jesus were called Pharisees back in Jesus’ day (and still today!)  Jesus warned us of these types of people in the Bible who would not see the big picture of love.….We all have our convictions of course and to me this is not a problem, I respect everyone and their beliefs..…I see this as an opportunity to show the world that no matter what Jesus really looked like, He wants us to believe in Him and Love one another.  That if we can feel His presence, even Hug Him, we can be filled with His perfect peace and love.  We are not to have false Gods in our hearts.  This is about Jesus in our hearts and giving Him a hug!   He is in my heart, my soul and in my arms when I need that additional hug!  I am never truly alone, but getting a physical hug is so awesome…it’s what inspired me to create this for everyone.  If I can share the love of Jesus Christ to even one human through a Hug Me Jesus pillow, wow.

      I am so excited to be able to do “my part” for God.   All I can think about is serving and helping people to know God for themselves; to know His Love and Wisdom for their lives.  It is miraculous to know and spend time with God.  He should be your very best friend to talk to, to guide you, to listen to for wisdom and to share your heart with, to marvel at the true gifts we have.
